i Refund-Cancellation Policy

The advance paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. It reserves your muhurat and your Pandit Ji's time for you.
Every booking includes one free reschedule. You can move your puja to a new date (and time) from your booking page at no extra cost — your advance carries over in full, and your Pandit Ji will re-confirm the new date.
If you cancel a booking, the advance is forfeited. Any amount you have paid beyond the advance will be refunded manually to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once a pandit (purohit) booked through pujaPurohit arrives at the desired location and is verified using the One-Time Password (OTP) provided, the booking cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer. For instance, if a user provides an incorrect address during booking and the pandit is unable to reach the location, no refund will be issued for any amount paid.
If the vendor arrives at your desired location with the samagri (puja materials) ordered through pujaPurohit and OTP verification is completed, no refund will be issued for the ordered samagri.
The timelines displayed on the site for services, including the arrival of purohits, are approximate. While we strive to adhere to these timelines to the best of our ability, delays may occur as services are individually coordinated and manually executed. Delays will not be considered valid grounds for refunds.
